 France President Emmanuel Macron insulted 

French President Emmanuel Macron has been insulted on an authority visit toward the south-east of France. 

In a video coursing via web-based media, Mr Macron is seen approaching a boundary out traveling to Tain-l'Hermitage outside the city of Valence.
